The director charts the unfording of the financial and social crisis in 90's Argentina.
Irrespectively of one's own political stance, the narrator tells a one-sided story; nowhere is the other side's opinion presented. And in a complex issue such as this, a broad picture needs to be painted so that the viewer can make sense of the facts and put them in context. Although the narrator is good at getting the pulse of the street demonstrations, he is not getting much further than that.
